Something that’s always bothered me about all the productivity content out there ⬇️
The powers that be have made it so much about what we’re LACKING.
Where we’re FAILING.
Take a shot for every time you’ve ever said to yourself:
‘I’m so easily distracted’

When it comes to how productive we are, we SO often define and measure our capabilities using metrics that have just been, well, frankly, made up by old white dudes in business suits.
👉🏽We measure value by time spent, which leaves us wide open for never feeling like we’ve done enough
👉🏽We define productivity as our ability to sit at a desk for 8 hours and work through a list of tasks - honestly, who came up with this?
👉🏽And we think we can’t focus because there’s something wrong with us or we’re not trying hard enough
